Hong Kong SAR -- Part III : Stanley - Wanchai

Stanley is a town located on a peninsula on the southeastern part of Hong Kong Island. Its Chinese name "Chek Chue" has literal meaning as "Bandit's Post" or Red Pillar.

Watching the gleam of Hong Kong and Kowloon from the Victoria Peak at night is one of thing you must to do there. Don't forget to try the boost of Under The Bridge Spicy Crab for dinner and Yee Shun Dairy Pudding for a splendid dessert!
